Program Information

AIG students have special learning needs, so the services provided must align with those needs. 

Gifted students are served primarily through differentiated lessons and activities provided by their core teachers within the regular education setting. The AIG teacher works closely with these teachers to help plan differentiated activities. Gifted students are  scheduled for enrichment lessons during STING time for Math enrightment once per quarter and through Pull out classes twice a quarter for ELA. 

Students are also provided asynchronous activities to complete at their own pace during each quarter.
