Search for the student by typing their name
Select the student and along the bottom of the screen you will have the option to change their password
Follow the change password steps
You must be on campus to install a network printer on your laptop. Use the PrinterLogic extension to select the printer you want to install. To install a networked printer use these instructions.
If you run into problems, restart your computer. It may take a few attempts but this usually resolves the issue. Should that not work, stop by the library.
Please consult the Digital Resource Product Library (in WakeID) before you use a resource to check it is approved for student use. Even products you have used for years may not be approved any longer and you must discontinue using them. Some products may be conditionally allowed, please review what those conditions are before using them. Requests for new products are not currently open at this time.
