☑ You will not be able to test immediately after registering. It takes up to 48 hours for WebAssessor (Google's 3rd party that rolls out the exam) to generate an account (yes, you will actually login to another Google account to take the test).

☑ YES! You can get up and go to the bathroom/get a snack during the test. However the clock will keep ticking, so be aware.
