Meet The Teacher

Hello! My name is Alexandria Gamble and I will be your child's third grade teacher this school year! I am from Asheville, North Carolina and moved to the Raleigh area in 2019! I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Child Development and Family Relations at East Carolina University (Go Pirates!). In addition I obtained my K-6 licensure from The University of North Carolina at Asheville.  This will be my eighth year of teaching and my third year at Willow Springs Elementary!

When I am not at school I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and snuggling up with my rescue cat Kent. I love drinking a good cup of coffee or tea, reading an interesting book, golfing, and spending time outside.

I can't wait to get to know your child this school year. I wholeheartedly believe that we are a team and together we can make this a successful school year!
