Field Trip Information

Master Field Trip Document

Please note the following items:

All field trip forms for the 2021-2022 school year are due to Mr. Collishaw no later than October 1st.
If you have a field trip scheduled between now and October 1st please get those forms to Mr. Collishaw asap.
Please remember to follow the 30 day period when turning your parent forms into Nurse Dean.
Make sure to make a copy of all of your completed forms to keep in your classroom.

The master field trip document includes a step by step process of what to do when filling out your field trip forms. Also included in the document is a tip sheet to help ensure your field trip is approved. Please be extremely diligent and detailed when filling out these documents. The county leadership is looking at them with a closer lens this year.
