Dawn White is the School Social Worker at Fuquay-Varina Elementary School and serves as the Point of Contact (POC).

Pre-deployment or post-deployment leave coming up? Please contact me at 919-557-2566 ext.20720) regarding needed documentation and the approval process for absences. Documentation is needed prior to the leave dates in order for the days to be considered an excused absence.

Lisa McNeill is the Data Manager at Fuquay-Varina Elementary School and can also help with enrollment and attendance questions.

OUTBOUND CHECKLIST:

* Notify Fuquay-Varina Elementary School that your child will be leaving (within 2 weeks of deployment. Dawn White 919-557- 2566 x20720 or Lisa McNeill 919-557-2566 x 20740

* Have a copy of the most recent report card

* Have copies of current IEP, 504 AIG documentation

* If you are PCSing overseas, please contact Dawn White or Lisa McNeill to coordinate the record transfer
