Welcome To 7th Grade Science
I am very excited to start the 2022/2023 school year. This website is used to communicate with students and parents. On the home page, you will find an introduction about me and an invite form.
Parents- If your child is in my homeroom (1st Period), please fill out this parent contact form. You will see this form on all teacher pages, you only need to fill it out once. We will share the information to ALL teachers.
About Mrs. Freeman
This will be the start of my 14th year teaching. I graduated from UNCW in 2009 with an Elementary Education degree. I recently graduated from NC State with my Masters in STEM Education. Taught 5th grade math and science in Wilson County for 4 years. Moved to Moore County and was offered a job in middle school. I thought I was crazy for taking a middle school job but fell in LOVE. Taught 6th grade science and social studies for 2 years. I added on my middle school science licensure and moved up to 7th grade science for a year. My husband found a job in Wake County so we moved again. I was excited to get a job at Mills Park and this will be my 7th year here.
I have a son, Kipton, who was born in March and he is just the cutest!! (I may be a little biased) I also have two dogs, Rascal who is a miniature dachshund and Sandy who is a dachshund/maltese mix. My favorite things are coffee, relaxing and reading a good book, exploring and taking trips, and watching sports (GO PANTHERS and DUKE......also have to pull for Notre Dame because of my husband).

I would love to attend a sport, activity, or event that you are apart of. This can be an activity at school or off campus. If you would like for me to attend, please fill out this form at least 1 week in advanced. If I am able to attend, I will try to be there to cheer you on!
