Hi there! My name is Ms. Fratarcangeli and I will be your Visual Art teacher. I know my name looks pretty scary to pronounce. Here is the trick.
You need to break it down....FRA...TAR..CAN...GE..LI see that's not so bad. But you can call me Ms. F.
I have been in the art field for over 20 years. I graduated from The School of Visual Arts in NYC with a Bachelor's FIne Arts Degree in Graphic Design and have spent many years working as an Art Director with magazines and art studios. I love teaching art to eager students, visiting art museums (especially in big cities) and finding joy in the art I create.

Students in Visual Arts course will be learning about Artists throughout history past till present.
We will study how the artists art and style impacted and shaped our society today. Students
will be creating original works of art using many different materials, mediums and techniques.
We will explore ceramics, painting, drawing, printmaking, design, typography, sculpture, and pottery.
**Class expectations need to be met so that we can have the opportunity to work on these projects. Planning is underway for an Art Show in collaboration with the Arts Electives and a museum field trip.
"I believe that everyone has creativity within them! And I look forward to a year filled with happy hearts and amazing art!"
