At this conference, students have the opportunity to present their competitive event solutions to judges for feedback, before the main event at the NC State Level Conference. Students gain feedback that they can use to improve their STEM event submissions at the state level. Some events may be eliminated at the regional level. The date and location for 2026 will be February  2026 at East Carolina University in Greenville, NC. 

The 2025 TSA State Conference will be held in Greensboro, NC at the Sheraton Four Seasons Hotel and Convention Center (Exit 217 on Interstate 40). The dates will be April , 2026. Students will compete with schools across North Carolina. 1st Place winners will advance to the National level competition. 

The 2026 National TSA Conference/Competition will be held at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in Washington, DC. Dates will be June 2026. Only students that place 1st place at the state level are eligible to compete at the National Level.
