DRMS CHOIRS

Novice Choir

Novice Choir is open to all 6th and 7th graders—no audition or experience required! In this group, you’ll learn the basics of singing, reading music, and working together as a team. You’ll perform fun and exciting music at concerts while building confidence in your voice 

Concert Choir

Concert Choir is open to 7th graders who have been in choir before and are excited for a challenge! To join, you’ll audition by singing a prepared song and doing a short sightreading activity. In this group, you’ll build stronger singing and music-reading skills, perform more advanced pieces, and share your music at concerts and special events. 

Coastal Choir 

Coastal Choir is open to 8th graders who have been in choir before and are ready for a new challenge! To join, you’ll audition by singing a prepared song and doing a short sightreading exercise. In this group, you’ll get to sing exciting, more advanced music, grow your vocal skills, and perform at concerts, festivals, and special events.
