• With a teacher pass, visit Ms. Morgan in the library with your device. If she can not fix it, she will put in a Help Desk ticket on your behalf.

How long will it take to get my device fixed?

• Help desk ticket response times vary. There are many steps in place when repairing devices or determining if it needs to be replaced. 

Do I have to leave my device with Ms. Morgan if it is having an issue?

• Yes. There is no scheduled time for technicians to visit. Devices must be ready and waiting for them when they come. 

Do you have another laptop I can take home and borrow while my device is being repaired?

• Every classroom has class laptops you can borrow during school if you need one. Unfortunately at this time, we do not have any spare devices to loan out overnight. 

I lost my charger. What do I do?

• Students are responsible for Charger replacements. If you need help, please contact Ms. Morgan.
