I am in my 17th year at Adams, and I love the students and the teachers here. Both of my children attended Adams. I have been here for a long time! A good day at school is when we get a lot of work done in the art room and I hear  a good story from one of my students. My hobbies are art, dancing, learning to speak Spanish, and playing with my dog, Bella. I am married to Tom Baron. I have two children, Billy and Liz. Billy graduated from William Peace College. He lives in Asheville and works as an IT guy. Liz graduated from  NC State in May with a major in Geology. She is working in Asheville, NC as a Geologist.  I grew up in Burlington, NC and Chapel Hill. I went to UNC School of the Arts for high school, and Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY for college. I majored in Art at both schools. I attended Meredith College for my teaching certification.
