The Academy of Life Sciences will provide you with an academic foundation and technical skills that will enable you to continue your education beyond high school, leading to a desirable health-related career. This is a unique opportunity for you to participate in a small, career‐focused, learning community with other students who are interested in many of the same subjects. Applications from students to attend the Academy of Life Sciences will only be processed if the student is assigned to East Wake High School as the base school.
Early College High Schools help students get a head start on college while they earn their high school diplomas. With a focus on preparing first-generation college-going students for post-secondary study, up to 70% of available seats are prioritized for qualified applicants who identify as first-generation college-going.
