Students are encouraged to begin practicing for their event at home as soon as possible. Training sessions are optional and a student will not be excluded for not attending. Training sessions are listed below and are specific to events. Athletes should only attend on a day their event is training. Triathletes should attend for Pull-Ups, Shuttle Run, and Mile Run.
Students arriving at 8:45 can be dropped off in the bus loop and enter through the side gym door (between the cafeteria and bus entrance). Students can report to the gym anytime after 8:40, but must leave by 9:10 in order to get to class on time.
