"My book was damaged" or "I can't find my book.." What do I do? 

We stress that students be responsible for their books and keep them in a safe, dry place. If a student loses his/her book, please look everywhere ... your house, child’s classroom, after school care, car, in the crack between the wall and bed, etc. If the book cannot be found, we will provide you with the replacement cost. 

You have the option to send in cash, check, or pay through the Online School Cash Link.  Checks should be made payable to Baucom Elementary School and you will receive a receipt. If the book is eventually found, it becomes the property of the student since the replacement cost has been paid.
