A mental moment is just taking time to stop whatever you're doing and check-in with yourself. Typically 5th graders did these activities but during these time of uncertainty I think its a good practice for all of us. So grab mom, dad, your sister, whomever is with you or just relax by yourself and take a mental moment.

Lets face it, not everyone has a fully stocked art studio in their home. That means as an art class we be using things that we have in our house and have permission to use.
