They are responsible for music played, scales, and other musical activities the band does. Students may repeat this class for credit and they do not have to move up to an honors level class. Grading rubrics have been developed and are used for their skill level.

Students in this group are required to audition for the all-district group during the spring. They will also be responsible for higher levels of music and levels of leadership in the band itself. Grading rubrics have been developed and are used for their skill level.
