I am originally from Louisiana, but ended up getting my teaching degree at Eastern Illinois University. I taught 5th and 2nd while we lived there.  My family and I moved here in January of 2019 for my husband to work at Epic games on Fortnite. This will be my 15th year of teaching and 7th year at ARES.  

I enjoy reading, exercise, going to the beach or lake, and spending time with my family and friends.
