I am so excited to be back at Alston Ridge for an eleveth year!   I was born and raised in Ohio and graduated with my M.Ed. from The Ohio State University (Go Buckeyes!).  This is my 20th year teaching and my 17th year teaching first grade.  I live in Brier Creek with my husband, Michael, and my dog, Finn.  I love to read and take Finn on hikes.  

Hello! I am from Rockford, Illinois, where I was a teaching assistant for 16+ years. I moved to Raleigh in 2015 and have been at Alston Ridge since moving here. I have 2 daughters that both live in Raleigh. I enjoy taking walks, reading and spending time with my dog, Dottie and granddog, Arthur.
