📝3rd, 4th, and 5th grade Nomination Form
3rd, 4th, and 5th Grade AIG Nominations
Parents and teachers can nominate 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students for AIG consideration at any time. A nomination does not guarantee that a student will go through the AIG evaluation process, which may or may not include testing. The School Based Committee for Gifted Education (SBCGE) examines data to determine if a student will be referred for evaluation. All students must be nominated through this online form. Please contact Ann Poisson with any questions.
Any student can be nominated
Nominations are accepted all year.

All 2nd grade students are universally screened for AIG. Since all 2nd graders are automatically considered for AIG, they do not need to be nominated.
3rd, 4th, and 5th graders who are referred for the AIG evaluation process may take the CogAT and Iowa testing during two testing windows, which typically occur in October and January.
AIG Identification can occur throughout the school year using the portfolio process and multiple points of data (no additional testing required).
To nominate a 3rd, 4th, or 5th grader, please complete the AIG Nomination form. This can be completed at any point in the school year.
