AIG/Enrichment
Knowing that each child learns differently, we work hard at White Oak to provide a challenging and supportive learning environment for every student. We build understanding of students’ diverse needs and interests. Our academic enrichment and gifted learning support programs ensure that each student is challenged in areas where they excel and supported in areas where they need assistance.

What are "Brainworks"? Brainworks are questions and tasks designed to keep your brain working and growing! Some are for math, some for ELA, some have historical facts, some challenge you to think critically and creatively. There are questions for every school day of the month, or more. Why not try one of the questions as a conversation starter at the dinner table tonight, or each day while waiting for the carpool line to start rolling in the morning?
Click the months below to access the Brainwork documents.

“The function of education is to teach one to think intensively and to think critically. Intelligence plus character – that is the goal of true education.”
