Q. Why do I keep getting an "Authentication Failed" message in WakeID?
A. Make sure to choose "student" from the drop-down menu AND make sure your password is correct. See any teacher if you need a password reset.
Q. What's my Infinite Campus password?
A. You don't need a password for Infinite Campus. Click "Homebase" in the WakeID Portal and enter your student number in the box.
