Universal Studios Trip Update
This will be my final message to all 6th & 7th (Newly 7th & 8th!) Grade Band families. In the future, messages will only be sent to families who have registered.
The deposit withdrawal will occur on Monday, June 15. If you have chosen the option to be billed, you will be able to make your payment on Monday. If you have not registered with Bob Rogers Travel, please do so to receive updates and submit payments.

If you are receiving this message, your band student has turned in the Universal Studios paperwork to Mrs. Slade, but the tour company information has not been completed. Your student (and chaperone, if applicable) spot is not secure until the information is completed with the tour company. If the spots are filled before your registration, your child will be put on a waitlist. 61 out of 110 spots are filled.

Current Status of the Universal Studios Trip
Registration is due by 6/8/26. Deposit due by 6/15/26 (after we meet our minimum participation). Registration is both online AND completing purple form (and yellow form for chaperones).

The 7th & 8th Grade Band and Chorus will be participating in a Universal Studios workshop and performance in January 16-20, 2027. The trip is optional and spaces are limited. If you are interested please look at the information: https://bit.ly/2027Uni. A paper copy was given to the students today.
The Tour Company Registration for students and chaperones is due by 6/8/27 6/8/26 (Updated). The purple agreement form (and yellow for chaperones) is also due by June 8. If enough people are interested and registered, then the deposit is due by 6/15/27 6/15/26. You cannot pay for the deposit early.
