Step 1 – School Level Support
Your School Data Manager – Handles attendance, registration, and most school-based Infinite Campus issues. Always start here.
Step 2 – District Student Information Services
Jeanne Pearce, SIS Coordinator – Supports and manages school data managers; escalate school-level issues through her.
Tony Smith, Director of Student Information Services – Oversees all district-wide SIS operations.
Step 3 – Instructional / Program Issues
