2022-2023 Academic Year

This website (which is a continual work in progress) is for my classes at Tech High for the 2022-2023 Academic Year. In addition to this opening page, each course also has a specific page (see Navigation above) and Google Classroom. All students, regardless of the course, are expected to follow the same general classroom expectations and policies detailed in the Google documents posted on this page (see below). In addition, we will develop class norms and best practices that best meet the needs of the students in each course. Thanks for checking out this page and this site for information related to my classes at Tech High.

Materials and Supplies

The minimum requirements for the class include the following:

• Blue or black pens, pencils, post-it notes of various sizes, and highlighters

• “Marble” Composition-Journal Notebooks

• 3 Ring Binder with lined, loose-leaf paper and pockets

• Fully charged school-issued device to access Google Classroom and other digital materials/apps

• Inexpensive earbuds

We will occasionally use colored pencils or colored markers for class activities as well as glue sticks and scissors. I have some of these items in the room, but students could also use their own.
