West Chester Mothers of Twins and More Club, Inc August 1st-July 31st
The following site provides information on payment and google form links in order to join the WCMOT&MC from August 1st-July 31st.
Why renew or join?
1. Club meetings with fun, chatting, events, programs, and support from fellow moms
2. Tag Sale in Fall and Spring to buy and sell gently used kids' items
3. Events for the kids including Santa, Easter Bunny, Summer picnic, etc.
4. Club charity work in our community for foster families, families in need, sick children, fundraising events, & supporting our members.
5. A Facebook page with endless support, a Facebook sale page, and much more!
Step 1: Fill out the Google Form
New and renewing members MUST fill out the google form.
This allows us to have up-to-date info and allows you to stay on the Facebook page, and receive sign-up genius invites, newsletters, etc. to get the most out of your membership.
Step 2: Payment
There are 3 payment options listed below, please read to know which option will fit your needs best. In the google form under the payment option, please select the corresponding option.
Option 1: Paypal Giving
(no fees for the Club, must have Paypal or be willing to create a Paypal account)
In the Membership Form choose “Paypal” for how you paid.
Go to the Paypal link and type in the amount you need to pay to join.
$28 for members whose twins are 9 and under as of 8/1
$15 for members whose twins are 10 and older as of 8/1
Make sure the box to share your name and email address is checked so it will record WHO PAID, otherwise it shows as an anonymous payment and I will have to track down you and your confirmation email and your membership form to confirm payment.

Option 2: Pay with Credit Card, Debit Card or Online Check
(this charges us $1.00 fee per transaction, but you do not have to have a Paypal account)
1. Click either
$28 for members whose twins are 9 and under as of 8/1
$15 for members whose twins are 10 and older as of 8/1
Then Select Donate with Debit or Credit card. Make sure to share your contact info so we know who paid.
2. Once your payment is complete it should route you to the membership google form which you must fill out. Select Credit/Debit Card as your payment option.
3. Check the e-mail you provided to see that you received the payment receipt.
Option 3: Mail a Check or Pay with Cash
(no fee for this, you can pay at the first club meeting, the 1st Tuesday of September also. Make Checks out to WCMOT&MC)
1. Fill out the Membership Google Form and select Cash/Check as your payment option
2. Mail a check to:

3. OR you can pay via cash or check at the meeting in September
4. Make checks payable to WCMOT&MC Inc

*Disclaimer The board voted based on inflation and costs to increase membership by $2 for new and returning members and $1 for members with twins over 10 yrs old, if you have any financial concerns with your membership please know that scholarships exist, just reach out to a board member with any concerns.
*Yearly dues should be paid by the 1st meeting in September (1st Tuesday in September) to avoid late fees for Renewing members.
*In order to Shop the Fall Sale, members must be paid and form filled out 1 week prior to the Sale Date-No exceptions.
*If you do not fill out the Google Form and Pay by the 1st club meeting in September, you will be removed from the Facebook page.
