Message from Photo 360:  

I am just using a digital form this year, which I'm attaching here. If you could forward it on to the swimmers, that would be great. Explain to them that if they want to order pictures they need to print out the form and bring it with them on picture day with payment. It now has the option to pay with Venmo.
