When signing in to the Adobe Creative Cloud App, you are NOT supposed to click 'continue with Google'. Doing so will cause a problem with your account - it becomes linked to Google rather than Microsoft. Below are details on how to fix this.
Step 1
Disconnect your Adobe account from Google, this demotes it to an individual Adobe account. See https://helpx.adobe.com/au/x-productkb/global/adobe-id-social-sign-in.html and scroll down to ‘Disconnect Facebook, Google, or Apple account from your Adobe account,’ for the instructions. As you do this you will need to make up a password for that Individual Adobe account. Then you need to ask Adobe to delete the account. Apparently, this will take at least a day.
