If you are having trouble signing into your carer portal or app because you've forgotten your password, you can follow the steps below to reset it.
On the Microsoft Password page click the 'Forgot my Password' link, which will then take you to an account verification screen.
On the account verification screen as show to the right:
1. In the box under 'Email or Username' your username should appear in this box automatically, if your username doesn't appear please add it here.
2. Complete the human verification prompt by enter the words shown on your screen.
3. Click next.
On the next screen click the option 'Email my alternate email' and then click the 'Email' button. This screen will show you a portion of the email address attached to your account so that you can verify this is the correct address. If you email address has changed, you will need to contact the school to assist with resetting your password and updating your email in our system.
You will receive a verification code in the email address described above, similar to the image to the right.
Copy the code and paste it into the verification code box as shown in the box to the right.
Click the “Next” button to continue.
Once the code has been entered correctly. You will be presented with a screen where you can choose a new password. Your password must be a minimum of 8 characters long and can not contain your name.
You will need to enter a valid password, and then confirm it a 2nd time, as shown to the right.
Once you have confirmed your password click the 'Finish' button.
On the next screen that appears click the 'click here' link to get back to the sign-in page.
On the next screen click the 'click here' link to return to the sign-in page, where you will now be able to sign in using your new password.
