Signing into the Family Portal

If you haven't signed into the family portal before, in your emails, you should have received a new username and password, with a link to the Family Portal website. If you haven't received a username and password please email edumate@wccs.nsw.edu.au and one of our staff members will contact you.

The Family Portal link should direct you to a 'Microsoft Sign in' page. In the text box that says 'Email Address, phone number or Skype' type in your username.

Please keep in mind that if you are currently signed in with a personal/work Microsoft account in your browser, you will need open the link in an incognito/private browsing window in your web browser.

After entering the correct username, click the 'Next' button. Then type in your password. If you have not previously signed in, enter the password you received in the email, and you will be prompted to create a new password.

Once you have entered the correct password, you should see the page below. From this page, you can access Edumate, Forms and Documents, Munch Monitor, Parent Carer Handbook, etc.
