If the WCCS app is not displaying information related to permission forms or absences, you should perform a reset to resolve the issue. Resetting the app will remove all local data and user preferences, therefore, to regain access, you will need to use your Family Portal login details to sign back in. If you have forgotten your carers portal login details, please contact edumate@wccs.nsw.edu.au via email and await assistance from a staff member.
You can reset the WCCS app by following the steps below.
Step 1. On the Home screen of the WCCS app, click on the gear icon located in the bottom right-hand corner. This will take you to the app's settings page. (As seen in the image below.)
Step 2. On the settings page, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the ‘Reset App’. This will remove all local data and user preferences. Please note this will log you out so you will need your carers portal login details to log back in.
If you have forgotten your carer portal login details please email edumate@wccs.nsw.edu.au, and wait for a staff member to respond with your details.
