This image is a sketch of my chosen area that i decided to observe for a couple of months. This was sketched back in the fall before the trees were completely barren.

On November 6th, 2020, I observed that it was extremely chilly and cloudy. It was quite breezy with the cold autumn air, the sun was barely out and shining. You could hear no wildlife besides the occasional 'caw' from birds like Ravens and the traffic of vehicles nearby. The scent of the air around me reminded me of the smell after a downpour of rain, an earthly scent. The only organisms that you could see were the withering trees, with their leaves fallen.

On December 6th, 2020, I observed the environment. It was freezing outside, lightly snowing around me. It was cloudy, with no sun around. The once buzzing organisms within the environment now gone, sounding eerily quiet. You could only hear the sounds of passing vehicles within the area. The scent in the air around me wasn't particular, I couldn't place my finger on the smell- it genuinely smelled of a cold, chilly air.
