SUPP is a free confidential service for rangatahi aged 12–19 offering support around alcohol, drug use and mental wellbeing. The team provides brief interventions, group work and one-to-one sessions using motivational interviewing and harm minimisation strategies. Young people aged 13 and over can access support without parental consent.

Mental Health & Wellbeing
Support offers free confidential assistance to families and whānau affected by a loved one’s mental health, addiction or dementia-related challenges. Services include one-to-one support, educational workshops, advocacy and peer-led support groups. The organisation empowers families to maintain their own wellbeing while supporting others. Self-referrals are welcome.
