I received an email from Securly.com. Now what?
How do I sign in to my SecurlyHome app?
We have configured Securly to give you access to your child's internet filter:
Tap the “Login” button and log in using your SecurlyHome credentials (this is also known as the “Parent Portal” login).
Note: If you do not have a password or don’t remember your password, use the “Get instant access” option. This will send you an email with a login link, simply tap the link in the email and you will automatically be logged in to the app.
How do I see my child's content in Google Classroom?
You may send an email request for the teachers to add you as a Guardian within Google Classroom. This will allow you to receive updates on your child's activity.
You may also log in with your child's email address and password and access their classes directly.
My student's Chromebook is damaged. What do I do next?
Please contact your building principal. You will need to describe how the Chromebook was damaged. They can then schedule you for an appointment to pickup a replacement loaner.
