Submit for ALL trips involving buses. This form submits to AD (athletic trip) or Principal (Education/Extra-Curricular) for approval. If approved form is automatically sent to transportation to reserve buses if needed. Information is also sent to our event calendar. You will receive an email when approved/denied. If approved the email will contain a copy of the form.
