I have a Bachelor's in Music Education from Western Michigan University. I have been playing trumpet since I was 10 years old, and have been involved in many ensembles since! I was involved in Basketball Pep Band, Marching Band, Concert Band, Brass Ensembles, and Trumpet Ensembles. I also marched in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and the Tournament of Roses Parade. Beginning band is my favorite stage of band to teach. I love introducing students to new instruments and seeing them improve greatly in such a short amount of time.

Interests and hobbies outside of teaching include learning new History fun facts, drinking coffee, embroidering, and baking. I also love spending time with my two dogs, Sadie and Puppy!
