Sign-ups begin for the Fall season on September 3rd
All medical paperwork and emergency contact forms can be found on the school Nurse's Website; they are mandatory in order to participate.
***Remember to bring your running sneakers and water bottles to practice.
***ONLY if your medical paperwork has been submitted you may participate.

Come out and support the team for our first home meets. Parents and friends are encouraged to watch. We run outside behind the gym on the blacktop. Start/finish line.
Sign-ups will begin at our first meeting and during my classes (a link will be added for digital signups & you must use your school Google sign-in). GET YOUR PHYSICALS DONE ASAP!!
Practices are held after school from 3:30- 4:45 or 4:20-5:20, only participants with medical forms and all emergency contact forms will be allowed to attend. **A calendar will be sent home. Please be advised that changes in the weather and at school, may occur at any time.
Meets begin after we walk the course and stretch. They end when we complete our two races. Boys and girls run separately unless coaches decide to hold one big race.
Uniforms provided: t-shirt, sweatshirt, windbreaker. Older runners get priority and the number of items will vary based on team size.
