Spanish

6th grade: Students will be introduced to basic Spanish vocabulary and grammar skills. They will learn some verb forms and work on proper sentence structure. Topics will include greetings, good-byes, activities, likes, dislikes, personality traits, classes, and schedules.

7th grade: Students will build on their 6th grade Spanish knowledge to expand their vocabulary and grammar skills. They will learn present tense verb forms and work on proper sentence structure. Topics will include describing a classroom, what people do at school, food likes/dislikes, and food descriptions.

8th grade: Students will build on their 6th and 7th grade Spanish knowledge to expand their vocabulary and grammar skills. They will learn present tense verb forms and work on proper sentence structure. Topics will include food, restaurant ordering, talking about free time activities, and places to go.
