First your teacher will assign you to small group teams.
Step 1: Plan your web site design.
Each team member will be assigned a job from below. Work together as a team and help each other out with their tasks.
Web Design Manager(s) - You will be responsible for helping your team stay organized. Click here to open a Brainstorming and Notes Google Doc. Then share it with your partners. Click here to open Google Drive and create a New Site. Share the site with your team. Think of a website team name together (You don't have to decide today). Design a website with at least three pages. Help you team research ideas in the Resources section of this WebQuest. Organize your team's researched facts about Earth's resources and the 3 R's (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle). Then add factual information and artwork to your site. Help your partners with their tasks.
Coding/Entertainment Manager(s)- Start today by researching facts and ideas in the resources section of this WebQuest. Add notes to your team's shared Brainstorming and Notes Google Doc. Next week you will be responsible for creating/remixing a Scratch game that focuses on reducing, reusing and/or recycling. Title your game with your grade, homeroom teacher's initials, and name (Example: 5JB Dan). Once you have created a game, you must take a screen shot of it, and then link it to your site. You may then create or reinvent more games. You may link one game from the resources section of this WebQuest.
