The villa is set in 8000 sq mtrs of olive grove, situated in the hills above the quaint seaside town of Finikounda in the Southern Peloponnese.
The views are simply breathtaking looking towards the islands offering total peace and tranquility with zero road noise and virtually no light pollution.
360 degrees of uninterrupted night sky is hard to beat from the many balconies.
The house is situated 600 mtrs from the local village where we are fortunate to have one of the few remaining village tavernas unaffected by tourism, offering a true Greek experience.
After a short drive along a typical dirt road you will reach the private road which will lead you to the house, any regular car is fine however if you want to explore the many hidden coves in the area then I suggest a 4x4 or at least a crossover vehicle with the extra ride height.
The house comfortably sleeps six.
On the ground floor you will find a double bedroom with a large en-suite walk in shower and a twin single/double with access to a shower room in the hallway.
The self contained studio is on the second floor with its own balcony, kitchen and a bathroom with a shower, as well as a T.V, sofa, and large double bed. This affords you an element of privacy away from the rest of the space.
Relax on one of four outside terraces each with their own purpose:
Downstairs the large covered terrace offers plenty of relaxing shade and seating, American pool, music and swimming.
Upstairs, the terrace is a fantastic area to dine or enjoy the sunset, intentionally not covered to take in the amazing night sky. Subdued lighting is provided. As there are two kitchens,drinks can be stored in the studio for easy access.
The upstairs dining table was handmade in Spain and doubles as a table tennis table.
The highest view point is to be found above the studio, an absolute must for Yoga lovers with the early morning sun rising above the treeline offering total privacy.
The stunning 3 sided infinity pool ensures the water is kept perfectly clean, creating its own natural balance through electrolysis, enabling the water to be kind to your skin.
