Graphic Design 1: Students in Graphic Design I use Adobe Illustrator to create school portraits of themselves by tracing a photo of their own face. They did this while learning the pen tool for the first time. They then took their face and created a body and put themselves in a new landscape scene.
Mr. Dedering LLD Graphic studies class. They created May flowers from their own shapes in google drawings.
Graphic Design 1
Students in Graphic Design 1 were asked to come up with a new gum flavors, and an ice cream flavors, that had vegetables in them.
They brainstormed their ideas, researched types of vegetables, creative flavors, and gum/ice cream companies, and logos to help with their design. They sketched out their ideas, then digitized them on the computer. These are the gum package design results.

Ms. Noll’s Graphic design 2 and Graphic occupations projects. Typography- Positive word project, and Spring themed Hills logo designs. Both projects are using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator software to make the designs.

Students designed winter/holiday-themed bookmarks for the Class of 2026 Freshman Orientation. Bookmarks created from these designs are available for free in the library!
The bookmarks were on display in the Winter Library Display outside the main entrance to the library, and we had a box of extra bookmarks available on the main desk in the library as gifts for our students and faculty. Happy Holidays!!!
