Lakeside Elementary School

SAP (Student Assistance Program) is exactly what it sounds like. We are here to help you if you ever feel overwhelmed, don’t know how to handle your stress or otherwise need some guidance. You can approach a SAP team member or any teacher about assistance for yourself or for a friend. It might be time to ask for help if you are:·

• struggling with stress

• feeling alone

• having trouble with parents

• having trouble socializing in school

• having trouble dealing with a loss (a death in the family)

• dealing with an addiction (yours or someone in your family)
