All Coaches must have a current Pupil Activity Permit. This is submitted through the OH | ID portal. This is a permit through the State of Ohio, once the application is submitted it will be approved by the District before it is approved by the state.

All certifications can be completed through Coaches' Tool Chest. See the AD for a code to access.

Coaches' Tool Chest

This is done at the ESC located at 741 Winkler Drive, Wooster, oh 44691. The cost of this will be $65 for both BCI/FBI which will be good for 5 years of coaching at Waynedale. You will need to ask whoever does the checks to send a copy to the Ohio Department of Education and Southeast Local Schools-Wayne County.
