Infants-Age 2

All applicants at the childcare center are placed into a waiting pool. Our childcare center runs on a school calendar where all children move up to the next class in August; we will begin filling seats for next school year in the spring/summer, including spots for infants who are not due until into the school year. Please note that we have a wait pool, not a wait list, meaning that seats are not given on a first-come basis. The main factor taken into consideration for available seats is that we serve families who already have children at WCS before we admit other students from the wait pool. The typical amount of time a new family spends in the wait pool for the childcare center is 18 months.  

Preschool (K3 and K4)

Our K3 and K4 classes are in high demand in our community and tend to fill quickly. All applicants are reviewed upon application and may be invited for an interview with our admissions committee. Admissions decisions are made on a rolling basis, and parents are notified via email within a few weeks of application. Families who apply after the class is full will be placed in a waiting pool for admission should a spot come open. 

1. Complete the interest form linked below. This will put you in the wait pool for a spot at WCS.

2. The daycare director will call or email you to confirm receipt of your information.

3. Schedule a tour of the facility if you would like to see it.

4. When a spot is open or we are actively taking applications for the class in which you are interested, the daycare director will send you a link to the application.
