We are currently taking applications for all ages to start at the WCS Childcare and Preschool in August 2025. When applying please note that you need to apply for the class by the age your child will be on August 31 (i.e.  if your child will be 2 on August 31, then you need to apply for the 2 year-old class).

Infants-Age 2

All applicants at the childcare center are placed into a waiting pool. Our childcare center runs on a school calendar where all children move up to the next class in August; we will begin filling seats for next school year in the spring/summer, including spots for infants who are not due until into the school year. Please note that we have a wait pool, not a wait list, meaning that seats are not given on a first-come basis. The main factor taken into consideration for available seats is that we serve families who already have children at WCS before we admit other students from the wait pool. The typical amount of time a new family spends in the wait pool for the childcare center is 18 months.  

Preschool (K3 and K4)

Our K3 and K4 classes are in high demand in our community and tend to fill quickly. All applicants are reviewed upon application and may be invited for an interview with our admissions committee. Admissions decisions are made on a rolling basis, and parents are notified via email within a few weeks of application. Families who apply after the class is full will be placed in a waiting pool for admission should a spot come open. 

To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

A non-refundable fee of $50 must be submitted with each application.

After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. In addition, you will be able to print the completed application and monitor when the school receives any applicable supplemental forms. Please keep in mind that we do not process applications to move to the interview phase of the admissions process until all referral documents are completed. If you notice that your pastor or the teacher you asked for a reference have not completed the form, you might want to remind them about it.
