If your mouse does not work…
· Please make sure nothing is touching the smartboard
· make sure it’s plugged in
If your internet connection does not work on your Ipad…
· Go to settings
· Click on Wi-Fi
· Slide Wi-Fi button off and back on
· Make sure that WCiDevice has a check beside it
· If it’s been longer than 60 days, you may have to re-login with your user name and password on the login app.
If my printer does not print…
· You will need to submit a tech ticket on the District technology page
If your iTunes account does not work…
· Go to settings
· Go to iTunes & App Store
· Check apple ID and password
· If you are not able to view iTunes then you will need to override it by going to QVC
If your App icons show an X on the iPad…
· Click the home round button
· Then go to settings
· General, then restrictions, enable restrictions, enter your choice of a passcode, and then turn off deleting apps.
If the time on your Ipad is off by 3 mintues…
· It will not connect to the internet
· Settings
· General
· Date & Time (Make sure the time zone & date are correct)
If your smartboard light is blinking…
· Unplug the USB port and re-plug it
· Green means it’s okay, Green blinking means it’s a connection error, and red means send a ticket to the district technology department.
