Hello 4th graders!
This week in lessons, we spent some good time reviewing the low G-A-B-C we've been working on the past few weeks. They should start to look familiar at this point. Students also received flashcards to help practice them!
After working on that, we learned a super fun new concept called SLURS!

Slurs connect more than one note in a bow.
When you connect two of the same note, it looks the same but is called a TIE
We tried slurring different numbers of notes, and then worked on some slur exercises on page 29 in the book! How many notes can you slur in one bow?
