Hello 4th graders!
It's May this week! That means our concert is THIS MONTH! How prepared will you be? You can do it!
This week in lessons we will:
Play a few scales using various dynamics and articulations/bowings
Review Surprise Symphony
Work on WILLIAM TELL! We would love to perform this in our concert -- have you started it? Can you do both parts?
Listen to a recording of the original if we didn't get to last week (See below)
If time, highlight the tricky jumps in "Dance of Fire"
In orchestra we will:
Aim to get ALL THE WAY through Dance of Fire and Fiesta Time!
