Hello, 6th Graders and Families!

I am Ms. England and I am very excited to journey through this school year together. This is my first year teaching social studies at John T. Nichols Jr. Middle School. Previously, I worked at Wayland Middle School and worked as a special education teaching assistant, a social studies long-term substitute, and finally last year I taught 6th and 8th grade social studies.

I love musical theater, reading books, and I enjoy running in my down time. I also love learning new things, it helps me become a better teacher and a global citizen. My favorite quote from Nelson Mandela embodies this belief. "Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world."
