Riders need to be ready to roll promptly, so please arrive 15 minutes before practice.
First practice August 1st
Tuesdays - Hoyt Park
Wednesdays - Minooka Park
Please have bikes checked over at your local shop before the 1st practice! If you need a new bike, you can find discounts through NICA with Trek.
If you will be using a team bike and/or helmet, please reach out to the head coach to make arrangements.
WHAT TO BRING
Mountain bike
Helmet – mandatory any time an athlete is on their bike
Comfortable riding clothes and athletic or cycling shoes (these do not need to be cycling clothes – gym attire is just fine)
A water bottle or hydration pack
Bug spray and sunscreen (as needed)
Snacks (as needed)
Races are optional. Pre-rides on Saturday are fun and are optional fun rides that don't require a athlete to race.
