Other activities:

• Teach someone math skills like place value, standard form, expanded form, written/word form, rounding vs estimating, equations vs expressions, adding & subtracting, multiplying and dividing, number patterns (in & out boxes), area, perimeter, order of operations, decimals, fractions, mixed numbers, quadrilaterals, symmetry, triangles, angles, metric units, customary/standard units, measures for capacity, measures for length, measures for weight & mass, telling time, solving word problems, algebraic equations (variables). Make a video and watch it to see what your lesson might be missing as you teach.

• Search for math around you. It's everywhere! Share the most unique places you've discovered math.

• Create your own math stories, draw and write out the equations, and have someone solve them. Or, send them to me dubnickav@wawmsd.org to stump the teacher.
